The new concert season of the Vojvodina Symphony Orchestra, formed under the motto “Titans – a classic power in a modern expression”, already from the first concert brings the creativity of the titan of classicism, but also of the classical concert style of the Soviet era. The audience will have the opportunity to enjoy the interpretation of Novi Sad soloists – leaders of the instrumental sections of the Vojvodina Symphony Orchestra and members of the Novi Sad Chamber Ensemble – under the baton of maestro Aleksandar Kojić.
It’s on the agenda Trumpet Concerto by prominent Armenian composer Alexander Arutyunyan, in which the soloist part will be performed by a trumpet player Nenad Marković, presenting part of his artistic research project Spektri Makama.
Then he will brass quartet in the composition of oboist Sanja Romić, clarinetist Aleksandar Tasić, bassoonist Nemanja Mihailović and horn player Nikola Ćirić to present Concertante symphony for wind quartet and orchestra in E flat major, K. 297b Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
In the second part of the program, the audience will hear the famous Symphony no. 101 “Sat” Joseph Haydn.

The ticket price is 1,200.00 dinars, while students, pupils and pensioners get a 50% discount on tickets purchased at the box office of the Music Youth of Novi Sad.
